AQSA PAY is a digital payment application developed and operated by AQSA GROUP. The application is designed exclusively for customers who have a registered account in the AQSA Exchange (Sarafi) Management System.

The application allows eligible users to access account information and use authorized payment and financial services made available through AQSA PAY.

2. Eligibility

To use AQSA PAY, you must:

• Have a valid account in the AQSA Exchange (Sarafi) Management System.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Be authorized to use the services under applicable laws and regulations.

We may refuse or suspend access if the information provided is inaccurate or if your account is not eligible.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and verification codes.
• Protecting your mobile device.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account unless otherwise required by law.
